At the present time the TC3 "O" V2 & V3 conversion kits, 1/8 Scale EL8; EH7; EMBX5; E777; EJammin; RC8 and spare parts can only be purchased online through our website. It is not available at any hobby shop store nor other websites. 

The V2 - V3 - EL8 - EH7 - MBX5 - E777  - EJammin kits are now available for purchase!

How do you wish to place your order?

Online Order:  Most Credit Cards accepted through the Paypal system only using the shopping cart feature. Now you do not need to be a Paypal member to purchase with credit card. (Both U.S. and International orders). Go to the R/C TC3 "O" Parts page or R/C 1/8 Scale Parts page  to place you order online.

Prepaid Orders:  Send by mail with Certified Check or Money Order (U.S. Orders Only).  (International Orders) we accept International money orders only.  Send email with listed items desired and I will reply with total cost and shipping.

USA Orders only:

• U.S. orders may be paid by credit card through Paypal system only. Certified Checks or Money Orders are welcomed too. (make money orders out to Dan Burnham)   (No personal checks accepted).

International Orders only:

• Orders may be paid through Paypal system or International Money Order only.  If paying through Paypal additional costs may apply, as required by Paypal.  You must use the following Recipient's Email address:  orders@rcproductdesigns.com so Paypal can process payment. 
• Before submitting order and payment you must contact RC Product Designs, so we can calculate actual shipping charges to the country of destination.
• ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE THEIR PHONE NUMBER  OR IN PAYPAL FILL-UP FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS. WITHOUT THE PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE SHIPPED.

All Orders:

• All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service - Priority Mail Service, with the exception of International orders, where International postal service will be used.

Return/Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was received, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Items are returned within 15 calendar days of being received.
• Items are in their original packaging, and have NOT been opened or used.
• You must mail, along with the merchandise, a copy of the original invoice showing the item(s) being returned and state the reason(s) for the return. 
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise if item(s) were return within the 15 day window.
• Merchandise returned after 15 days of original received date will not be accepted and will be returned back at the buyer's expense.
• This policy applies to ALL items purchased.
